Gift wrapping with SQUARE Link

What do you need?

• instax SQUARE Link printer
• instax SQUARE film Rainbow
• Gift wrapping paper (if possible double sided)
• Tape
• Scissors
• Washi tape in 3 different colours/patterns
• Yarn in 3 different colors
• Small colourful pom poms (diameter 3 cm)
• Hot glue gun (all-purpose glue will work as well)

Step 1

Gather all materials needed and wrap your gift using the wrapping paper. If you're using a double-sided wrapping paper, first fold an edge on one side of the paper to showcase the second color, then wrap.

Step 2

Insert the instax SQUARE film Rainbow in the instax SQUARE Link printer and print photos of your friends or family (or any fav photos you want to use).

Step 3

Cut two pieces of washi tape and tape two sides of the photo to the gift. Cut two more pieces of washi tape in a different colour. Tape them partially overlapping with the first tape. Feel free to add a third colour as well.

Step 4

Glue the pom poms on the corner of the photo using a hot glue gun.

Step 5

To make the tassels, start by wrapping the yarn around your hand 30 times.

Step 6

Slide it off your hand and pass a piece of yarn through the looped bundle. Tie a double knot to secure.

Step 7

Take a new piece of yarn. Lay it down on a surface and place the tassel bundle on it about 2 cm from the top. Tie a double knot to secure.

Step 8

Use a hot glue gun to glue the tassels onto the gifts.
