What temperatures can my camera/printer operate in?

+5°C/+41°F to +40°C/+104°F, if taking images below 5°, keep developing the picture in a warm place.

What mobile application do I require to use my instax SHARE SP-2/ SP-3 printer?

To use the instax SHARE printers you will need to download our free instax SHARE app. This can be found on the App Store or Google Play Store. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/instax-share/id716505912?mt=8 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fujifilm.instaxshare&hl=en_GB

My instax mini 90 / WIDE 300 shows the letter E, what does this mean?

This is an internal error which cannot be repaired or remedied, please email: [email protected] to seek further assistance.

How many shots can my camera / printer take before I have to change/recharge the batteries?

This depends on the camera or printer you use but all products can shoot/print around 100 photos before having to change the batteries. Some products can do many more than that from one set of batteries, e.g. the instax SQUARE SQ6 can shoot around 300 photos on one set of CR2 batteries.

Why are my photos coming out too dark/too bright? – mini 8 | mini 9

This is usually due to choosing the incorrect setting on the dial found on the front of the camera. Before you take your picture, always take a look at the front of the lens to check the dot on the lens aligns with the light that is lit (in orange). If it is on the wrong setting, the photos can come out too bright or too dark.

My camera / printer is faulty what should I do?

If you are experiencing a fault with your instax product we recommend you return it to the retailer you purchased it from together with a copy of your proof of purchase. Alternatively, please email: [email protected] to seek further advice and to book a repair.

Film counter shows incorrect number of shots

The film exposure counter will reset if the back of the camera is opened whilst film is loaded. For example, if someone opens the back cover after 6 shots have been taken, the counter will then show a full 10 left when in fact there are only 4. This normally happens when someone you know is interested in the product and opens the back cover by mistake, best to let them know straight away if they show interest to save your film!

The lights are flashing on the lens of my instax camera.

Try reinserting the batteries with the lens in the open position which should hopefully reset the issue. Failing this, the camera may require a repair. Please email: [email protected] to seek further advice and to book a repair.
