Competition rules

  1. The organiser of this competition is FUJIFILM Belgium NV, based at Europark-Noord 21-22, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium.
  2. The competition starts on 24 August 2023 and ends on 13 September 2023 at the end of the day.
  3. The competition procedure is as follows:
    • The participant must be subscribed to the INSTAX Belgium newsletter at the latest since 23 August 2023;
    • The participant must have successfully completed the online entry form. If you have been shown this page, the completion was successful.
  4. This competition is open to anyone living in Europe or the UK.
  5. Each participant can only enter this competition once.
  6. The 3 prize winners will be chosen at random. Only participants who have completed the procedure correctly will be eligible.
  7. By entering this competition, participants accept and confirm that these terms and conditions apply.
  8. The prize of this competition consists of:
    • For winner 1: 1 INSTAX mini Link (Ash White) + 1 single pack INSTAX mini film
    • For winner 2: 1 INSTAX mini Link (Dusky Pink) + 1 single pack INSTAX mini film
    • For winner 3: 1 INSTAX mini 12 (Mint Green) + 1 INSTAX mini 11 Case (colour: Charcoal Gray) + 1 single pack INSTAX mini film
  9. FUJIFILM Belgium NV will pay for the delivery of the prizes.
  10. FUJIFILM Belgium NV reserves the right not to accept an entry: i) if FUJIFILM Belgium NV believes it is in breach of this campaign, or ii) if FUJIFILM Belgium NV believes it is in breach of good faith, or iii) on any other reasonable grounds, which FUJIFILM Belgium NV decides in its sole discretion.
  11. The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  12. FUJIFILM Belgium NV will notify the three prize winners by email on 14 September 2023. Non-winning participants will also receive this mail.
  13. Prize winners must claim their prize within 1 week of notification. If the prize is not claimed within the specified period, the winner's right to the prize will be forfeited.
  14. FUJIFILM Belgium NV reserves the right to verify the identity of the prize winner.
